I'd like to take a minute to acknowledge the life of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother...Memaw, you will be missed...RIP, we love you!


We took Landon to Memaw's visitation tonight. I was very impressed at how professional he acted. Landon decided to wear a sweater vest and a pair of khaki pants.

He even had his hair did.


And now I have this cute random picture of Landon in his NC State hat that I'd like to show off...go here for more pictures.

Blocks

There were some blocks in my bedroom at home that I loved as a child, and still do. I used them so many times, storing dolls, books and everything else on them. I moved them around all over the place and rearranged my room a million times. Uncle Matt had the blocks in his room first, and I remember he had all kinds of boy stuff on them :)


I "asked" mom and dad if I could have them to put in Landon's room and they brought them over tonight. We weren't able to fit all of them in his room here at the apartment, but I will make sure they fit in his room at our house. Landon had fun taking the toys off as fast as I could put them up. But at least now, when his room is picked up, we have a place for his toys to go.

I'm going to start losing count soon. Landon had his 5th haircut today. He didn't do so well this time, but I think it was because he was sleepy. BUT ...he did get a handsome haircut and hopefully we can get those one year pictures made soon...

we even tried to please him with elmo...

Moo Cow

I added a few pictures to the Moo Cow photo album. We were able to take Landon Truck R Treating again Sunday night to our church. He had fun and really began to master his walking skills. He was all over the place and did not want to be held...he wanted to walk!

Unofficial Winner!

YAY! I will be able to tell little man that he earned his first 'dollar' at a year old (really $250.00!!). We are waiting on an e-mail to confirm the news! How exciting!!
