My last doc visit went well. He said everything seems to be right on track! I did mention to him how my back has really been bothering me and he made the suggestion of getting a massage...I had to follow those doctors orders! :) Chad and I ended up making it a date and we went together. It was really nice and relaxing. My back still hurts though ...but not as bad.
Last night we were watching Harper's Island and the baby would not stop moving for almost the whole hour. Chad and I just sat there and watched my belly move ...it was so neat! I think the show scared him (all the scary music)...haha.

22 weeks!!
Hello!! We're at 22 weeks today! My tummy is getting out there! I think I've gained around 8 or 9 pounds!
Here's what's going on at 22 weeks from babycenter.com:
"At 11 inches (the length of a spaghetti squash) and almost 1 pound, your baby is starting to look like a miniature newborn. His lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct, and he's even developing tiny tooth buds beneath his gums. His eyes have formed, but his irises (the colored part of the eye) still lack pigment. If you could see inside your womb, you'd be able to spot the fine hair (lanugo) that covers his body and the deep wrinkles on his skin, which he'll sport until he adds a padding of fat to fill them in. Inside his belly, his pancreas — essential for the production of some important hormones — is developing steadily."
Around 21 weeks Chad and I went to Ella Jane's 3rd birthday party - she's such a cutie! I realized we didn't have any pictures together of me being pregnant so we took one!
We also started our registry at Babies R Us. Yes, it's going to take us a few trips to finish. We've got to research and figure out what to put on there...there's so much to pick from and so many things they say you need to put on there...it's exciting though :) Here are a few pictures of some things we picked out. To give you an idea of the colors of the nursery ;)

Helloooo Daddy!
Finally! Chad got to feel our baby boy move last night .....and he didn't stop moving either! It was so funny. We were both thrilled :) I've been feeling him for weeks now, but nobody else has felt him yet. I'm so glad Chad was the first to get to feel him. I even saw Chad's hand move at one point - that's how hard he was kicking! Maybe we have a little soccer player on our hands ...haha :)
Well... stay tuned because Friday will be 22 weeks and I'll post a new picture! :)

Helloooo Mommy!
Our little boy here really wants to make sure I know he's there! He has been moving around so much the past few days. It feels so funny ...sometimes he even takes my breath away. I'm sure i'll get used to it but right now it's so different feeling. Things are still going great and I'm still loving chocolate! haha

Cravings!!
Oh Boy...Chips ahoy chewy chocolate chip cookies are so delicious - really any choc chip cookies are delicious right about now. Recently I've also been enjoying 3 musketeers. Maybe I'll start to gain some more weight now?! HA!
Things are going great. I am starting to feel him more often especially when I get hungry. We are constantly trying to come up with names and do not have one yet. We'll let you know when we decide.
My back is starting to hurt but I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I sit in a lovely cubical all day long and we have also started 10 hour days at work (so that we can get an extra week day off). I love having that extra day off so it's worth it to me!
Chad is doing well too! He's so excited and really likes to talk to him a lot :) It's very sweet.
I really don't have many updates - I will be 1/2 way there Friday - 20 weeks! I can't believe it. He is going to be here before we know it :)
